Immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of gentle asanas and accessible breathing exercises designed to calm the mind and rejuvenate the body. Through intentional breath work, you'll cultivate deep awareness and presence. The class concludes with a soothing guided meditation, leaving you feeling relaxed and centered.
