Mindfulness Meetup In-Person
Join this event to relax with guided meditations and de-stress with a coloring page. The exercises are designed to cultivate inner peace and sharpen your focus. We will use a resource called Hiveclass to learn and practice skills for becoming more mindful and present. Please register in advance and wear comfortable clothes.
