SUMMARY:Grateful Gathering: Seeking Simplicity
DESCRIPTION:This month\, Grateful Gatherings will take place on the Third 
 Floor of the library in Study Room #1. \n\nGrateful Gatherings is a program 
 supported by Grateful.org\, a global nonprofit dedicated to cultivating 
 gratitude as a way of life. Gatherings take place in 24 countries around 
 the world. \n\nOur gathering is a wisdom circle providing a welcoming space 
 for individuals to reflect and engage in meaningful conversations around 
 gratitude and its role in fostering connection and well-being (both 
 personally and within our community). Gatherings include guided 
 reflections\, interactive discussions\, and invitations to simple practices 
 designed to inspire a sense of appreciation\, elevate joy and create an 
 upward internal and external spiral. \n\nDonna Vella is our Grateful 
 Gatherings Host\, as well as a positive psychology educator\, Kripalu 
 Mindful Outdoor Guide and a Newtown resident. This event will take place on 
 the second floor of the library near the Library of Things.\n\n
