Read With Thor In-Person
Thor is a 4 year old Golden Retriever Therapy Dog with The Exceptional Sidekick. Thor along with his handler, Scott have been a Therapy Dog team since July 2023.Together they started a “Read With Thor” program in area libraries. We are happy to welcome this team to Newtown. Children of all ages and abilities can register for a 15 minute time slot to “read” with Thor in the children’s story hour room on the first floor.
